If you currently live in Texas, have lived in Texas or have worked for a company in Texas, you should check with the Texas Comptroller to see if you have funds owed to you.
First, visit the Texas Search for Unclaimed Property by clicking Unclaimed Property Search below. There, you can conduct your search to see if you are owed any funds by the state of Texas.
Enter your last name or business name or your property ID to get started. You can also include your first name, city or zip code to narrow down your search. Then click Search. Next, review the results to determine if any of the returned names are you.
Should you determine that funds are owed to you, you will now need to file a claim to receive your funds.
